[ps5-kstuff] Meta-issue for reporting glitches/slowdowns in games

1. Check if the issue reproduces on a legitimate copy of the game. If it does, then you're probably hitting the "baseline" performance hit of ps5-kstuff, and there is not much I can do about it. And if you cannot check, then you're a pirate and I don't care.
2. If the game runs fine from the legitimate copy but its fake version experiences slowdowns and/or specific glitches, report it as a comment here.
