WebSocket layer?

It might be useful (explicitly for Storyteller) to add WebSocket support. Mostly because it would make sending a bunch of events to the client 'easier'. By easier I mean less expensive, because we don't need to keep opening and closing connections.

Similarly, persistent connections ( see #5 ) might be useful, too.
