I've tried to install Slap several times on a fresh Ubuntu + Node install and run into an issue. Every time I attempt to install, either via npm or the curl command listed, it stops trying to install at "extract:highlight.js".

It doesn't provide any error or output really, just the install process stalls for about 30 seconds and then just stops and shows the bash prompt. The only thing it shows is:

# Installing slap...
Killed ...] | extract:highlight.js: verb gentlyRm don't care about contents; nuking /usr/lib/node_modules/.staging/highlight.js-921f18b5/node_modules

I've installed Slap on a previous version of Ubuntu, Windows 10 and the latest OS X and am not sure what is causing this.
