It would be useful to have the container images on Docker Hub tagged with the minor version number (e.g. 1.9) as well as the full patch version (e.g. 1.9.5).

Now that Podman Quadlets work so nicely, Pull=newer in the quadlet files would mean that it should be possible to choose to upgrade to a newer release of Nebula just by restarting the container.
