Flannel Nebula Backend

Hello Nebula community!

I have been enjoying Nebula a lot since I started working with it and it's been getting everyday, I just tried the relays the other day and they're amazing!

I work a lot with Kubernetes and I had an idea of having Nebula working for the container networking in Kubernetes. For this I turned to common CNIs to see if they supported Nebula as a backend but I didn't seem to find any that does. The closest thing I seem to have found is flannel's support for a wireguard backend.

Given this I decided to start a feature request with flannel to have it supporting Nebula as a backend. I'm starting this discussion here to share this initiative and also in hopes that I can gather some extra brain power to help making it a reality.
