Docs on scaling with Unicorn

Are there any docs or guidance on scaling out a bot server to use more than one worker proc? This seems like it would be needed for any bot with a web server component that needs to handle multiple concurrent requests.

Quite a bit of discussion on this in #4 and related. I'll close this one in favor of that.

Add Unicorn specific questions there. IMO the web portion needs to be run separately from the bot portion if that's what you want to do, but then it makes it really hard to add teams dynamically, etc. Need to rewrite the core in some kind of shared queue.
