0.2.1 package contains large zstd-dictionary.js file

Just a heads up, it looks like the v0.2.1 package contains a zstd output file named zstd-dictionary.js (+ a corresponding type definition) that isn't referenced anywhere in code. It's >20x the size of the library itself, so probably worth removing that, given it wasn't included in previous packages.
