How can we enable external access to Kafka, Can you please guide me?

I couldn't connect Kafka outside cluster either, it is probably about ADVERTISED_LISTENERS configuration. Let me investigate it in detail, I will inform you about my findings. Also feel free to contribute if you find any solution.
