Show more information about a vocabulary

In the turtle we have several fields that are not shown unter https://w3id.org/kim/hcrt/scheme:

• dct:publisher
• dct:issued
• vann:preferredNamespaceUri
• vann:preferredNamespacePrefix
• dct:license

These should also be shown on the concept scheme page, in particular dct:publisher, dct:issued and dct:license.

Actually, this data also isn't in the JSON, see https://skohub.io/dini-ag-kim/hcrt/heads/master/w3id.org/kim/hcrt/scheme.json where e.g. publisher and license are missing (although the shape throws a warning when a license is missing 😀 ).
