Re. https://github.com/skohub-io/skohub-vocabs#changing-the-colors

Reported by @carlschuurbiers who adjusted the colours in his instance and wouldn't know where changes would take effect. It would be good to have an annotated screenshot that shows where the colour settings manifest.
