Add "merge" functionality to sketches and domains

domains and sketches should be mergable into either a new sketch or into an existing sketch

I like this idea. I was looking through your various probabilistic structures (hyperbitbit, count-min sketch, etc) and noticed the lack of Merge. Can't wait to see it
