Same issue here. After BetterPushback.xpl is loaded, XPlane crashed. XPlane Version 12.05r1 and 11.55r2.

Attach Log.txt from the XPlane directory.

Here is log.txt of XP12.05r1. It happens every time in 12.05 but rarely happen in 11.55.
