skip export -d exported fails loading

I just have the basic Skip app that you get when you create a new app. I can archive and validate the ipa inn Xcode but when I build it with skip export -d exported and try to load it on my device I get signing errors (see attached file)

skip export does not perform any code-signing at all, so the generated .ipa file must be re-signed. I typically use fastlane resign for this, or else just use the fastlane assemble action in the Darwin directory (although this requires that you set up your Xcode project with the correct signing certificate and provisioning profile).
