PS: I have added the key to ~/.skiptools/skipkey.env on one line with space between the colon and the key

Can you upgrade Skip with skip version (the current version is 1.2.17 and you appear to have 1.1.23)?

And then if skip checkup still fails, can you post the complete output as well as the log file it mentions at the end?
