Fastlane - setup? Is this a different Structure required?

I'm about to configure FastLane. Wondering do I
skip init --fastlane --appid=app.bundle.id package-name AppName
in my existing Skip Project folder... or start a whole NEW project?

I'm confused by the Doc...

Think I will start FRESH with this Skip init command...

Searching YouTube - I found this set of 5 videos (4 years old) but a great getting started set. Explaining the overview vision of Fastlane. and some good code for your first Fastfile.

The default skip init --appid=… command will create the outline of fastlane configuration files in Darwin/fastlane and Android/fastlane. These are just starter files, and customization will be needed for specific metadata, screenshots, and app signing information.
