I ran into an issue after following the installation instructions in the Readme and manually installing the specified Perl modules - running purge_haplotigs hist for example would complain that Can't locate Thread/Queue.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at /opt/software/purge_haplotigs/bin/../scripts/readhist.pl line 29.

I solved it by installing Thread::Queue - please could you add it to the dependencies documentation in the Readme for future reference?

Just noticed minimap2 is another dependency that could do with documentation in the Readme
