Drupal color module has no maintainer and probably will be moved to contrib module in 9.0.

So we need to choose how it will supported in kaizen. Few options available.

Use that new module as dependency.
Create drupal admin UI for management colors. Simple picker with preview.
Write or research custom storybook addon, which allows to change colors dynamically with direct preview in sb.
