JAMHacks 3 has incorrect href to the 2018 archive #6

The JAMHacks 3 site incorrectly navigates to the 2018 archive site

Currently the site has

<a class="archive-link btn btn-outline-secondary" href="2018">2018 Website (Archive)</a>

but it should be this (notice the / infront of 2018)

<a class="archive-link btn btn-outline-secondary" href="/2018">2018 Website (Archive)</a>
