The main icon in the readme does not appear just under the Kidney Exchange Program

1. What happens?
   Seems like the host of the image that was linked for the main icon of Kidney Exchange Program stays down most of the time. Fixed the issue by downloading an image from "flaticon.com" and added it to the "./images" folder and provided the address of the image in the src.

2. What were you expecting to happen?
   The image was supposed to show as it is the main face of this application. Now it is fixed.

3. Any other comments?
   Currently the image is linked to my forked repository, on merging the repo in the next commit I can fix the path to the image address in the main repository.
