making navbar responsive

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?
… making the navbar responsive so that it works well for all devices
… adding javascript code to make responsive navbar

What happens?
… navbar is not responsive it overflow for low dimension divices

What were you expecting to happen?
… when website is running on small dimension devices then there should a botton to expand navbar

Any logs, error output, etc?
