Not charging vehicle grids

I posted a bug on the mod portal page too but i am using
Localized Charging 1.1.0
Modular Armor 15.1.2
VehicleGrid 0.1.1
and although the charging poles work fine with the character and charge my batterys they dont charge my cars or tanks equipment, is there something i can change in a config or any other way i can help

well, :/ its been months since it was updated. i'm going to assume its not going to get changed, shame realy. i'll be removing it from my install as the main thing i need is vehicle charging
