Issue with surge list? #514

Hello! I have been surge user for a few years. Today, when I tried to run surge list, I was met with this error:

I know I have multiple websites already using surge hosting.
I am using Node.js v21.4.0 installed with nvm.
Surge was installed with npm i -g surge. The installation went completely fine.

Same issue here. I use Node v18 and v20 but all fail with the same error.

See #379 for a fix that lets surge list work again. However, something else seem to be up with surge since doing redeploys has caused my projects to return project not found pages.

surge list and the deployment issues are both working normally again on my end
