请问如何生成pem文件，还有 AUTHORIZE_JWKS_URL和MYINFO_JWKS_URL里的keys与partner后台的JWKS Endpoint有什么关系

May I ask how to generate a PEM file, and what is the relationship between the keys in AUTHORIZE_JWKS_URL and MYINFO_JWKS_URL and the JWKS Endpoint in the partner's backend?
