When I set the width and height option but it doesn't work

This might have been caused by the update to Puppeteer 2: sindresorhus/capture-website@389254e

page.screenshot now clips elements to the viewport (#5080) - https://github.com/puppeteer/puppeteer/releases/tag/v2.0.0
