Page jumps back to the top on scrolling after refresh in Chrome #8

Steps to recreate issue:

  1. Scroll halfway down a page
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Start to scroll down again

This results in the page jumping back to the top and then scrolling works correctly again.

@bicrazor tested on Windows 7 64bit Chrome 39 with the example from this repo and I can't reproduce it.

The example is very simple, so it might be something else, but this plugin doesn't store the scroll position anywhere, so it uses the default browser functionality.

Actually, I experience the same issue. You can test it at http://themedemos.webmandesign.eu/qtron/

Could this be related to jQuery Mousewheel then?

Seeing the same issue on custom theme. Weird.

Same issue on OSX with 1.0.1 and latest mousewheel library (3.1.13), but not with 1.0 and mouswheel 3.1.12.
