Busra Test B v8.800 (and Khmer Busra / Mondulkiri on which it is based) contain a space 0020 which is 2 to 3 times wider than the space character of any other common Khmer font.

Khmer is typed without space between words. A visible space is used between phrases and sentences. For Khmer and the two other minority languages written without spaces, the current wide space looks OK, though it is distinctly wider than any other Khmer font.

Most minority languages of Cambodia, however, are printed with a visible space between each word and a wider space (using EM SPACE or multiple SPACE characters) at phrase breaks. For these languages, the extra wide spaces of Busra / Mondulkiri looks absolutely terrible, making the fonts useless for these languages.

Common Khmer fonts use a space which is between 32-44% the width of KA 1780. (About 35% seems right to me.)

The space has been reduced for future builds.

The nbspace still needs its space reduced to match the new space width. (Currently a Font Bakery fail.)
