Request to add some Pakistani letters

I'd like to request to add ڂ (U+0682) for Khowar (https://www.omniglot.com/writing/khowar.htm), ڨ (U+06A8) for Hindko (https://www.omniglot.com/writing/hindko.htm), and ݔ (U+0754) for Balochi (https://www.omniglot.com/writing/baluchi.php).

Thanks for your submission. Can you verify (beyond Omniglot) that these are required in these orthographies? I'd like to know if they are in actual use before we add them to the font.
