Major KBT's: add support for additional languages

SILNLP includes glosses for Major KBT's in four languages (English, Spanish, French, and Indonesian) and allows vernacular glosses to be added to the training data during preprocessing if the source language is one of these 4 LWC's.

Paratext 9 also offers Major KBT's in 3 additional languages - Portuguese, Simplified Han, and Traditional Han.

This enhancement request is for adding support for these 3 additional languages to the SILNLP KBT processing.
