Now writes all errors and warnings to the event log.

The new boolean app setting WriteProgressToEventLog determines whether progress / information messages are written.

This is a Windows only thing right now, while the program is written with Net Core, it's developed for Windows and I've no intention to try it on any other platform, for sure the event log writing only works on Windows.
