[BUG] SignalFx namespace not psr-4 autoloaded #48

The README provides the example code:

use SignalFx\GlobalTracer;

But this doesn't work because the SignalFx namespace isn't autoloaded in the composer.json file.

A workaround is to use:
use DDTrace\GlobalTracer;
