Bug description

I have the following entry in my contacts on my phone:

1.	Dr. Tim Smith (Dr. is the prefix, Tim is the first name and Smith is the last name).

On Signal, the contact appear as ‘Tim Smith.’ However, on the Windows desktop client, they display correctly as ‘Dr. Tim Smith’.

Signal on iOS and MacOS should display contacts as they are stored in iOS Contacts, including the prefix, first name and last name, to ensure that you are communicating with the right person without needing to check their profile every time.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Dr. Tim Smith (where Dr. is prefix, Tim is first name and Smith is last name)
