Sharing a passkit pass (.pkpass) from Wallet is not working

Bug description

See title and screenshots. Sorry, very complicated to report from mobile phone

Steps to reproduce

• open share sheet from a wallet item/passkit pass
• select Signal and a receiver

Actual result: First, error "message cannot be sent" is show, after tapping Retry, share sheet disappears
Expected result: passkit pass is shared with contact
