Helper to "decode" form operations

Form operation, when not explicitly set, depends on both the context of the Form itself and some fields of the data schema.

It is a bit cumbersome to perform this decoding every time from external projects using wot-td, but at the same time it is not clear which shape a good API should have. It is worth spending some time thinking about this.
