Bug Report

a subfield 'network' needs to be added in the machineconfig patch present in the below doc
https://www.talos.dev/v1.9/kubernetes-guides/network/multus/#installation

Description

Machineconfig patch provided in the multus cni guide for talos is missing a subfield 'network'.
