Cant access cluster anymore

When I do talosctl dashboard i get:
error copying: rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = connection error: desc = "transport: authentication handshake failed: tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate is valid for 10.161.18.196, 192.168.0.61, 192.168.0.99, not 10.161.18.51"
I have the secrets.yaml. Is there a way to change the SAN to that new ip? Or how could i get access to my talos cluster again?

You can change the endpoints to match your actual IP of the machines, and then you can add certSANs.

It's not clear from your question how you got into this, Talos automatically manages certSANs.

How would I do it if i have a dynamic ip? Would i add a dns name?

I have vip configured over a floating ip. But it seems that talos is only adding the vip into certSAN, but not the floating ip. Only another floating ip I did for the bootstrap was added to certSAN.

You should never use VIP/floating IP for talosctl config endpoints. Use direct node IPs always, talosctl will do proper load-balancing.
