'experiment_site_id' in sibis.logging should be named 'issue_id_label' or something as in most cases experiment_site_id makes no sense such as for

{"error": "ERROR: Could not connect to redcap!", "experiment_site_id": "2d4637", "script": "update_bulk_forms"}

Reverted to experiment_site_id, still not ready to be used by post_github_issues.
