Update digikey.csv / ibom.html

I compared all the articles for the NerdQAxe+ from the digikey.csv with the ibom.html and I noticed the following discrepancies that need to be clarified.

Capacitors

C15, C17, C21, C22, C24, C39 are supposed to have 100µF 6.3V but in the digikey.csv the article 399-C1210C107M8PAC7800CT-ND has 100µF 10V. Can this also be used?

C112, C117 are supposed to have 3.3n/25V. The article 490-8291-1-ND from the digikey.csv has 3.3n/100V

The capacitor C100 with 10µ/25V is not included in the .csv. Was this forgotten or is the capacitor not needed according to the latest version?

Then I noticed that in the PCB editor the labeling of the capacitors C90 and C21 is swapped compared to the Ibom. Is that a mistake?

Do the solder jumpers JP1, JP, and JP3 have to be installed? In the circuit diagram they are drawn as open.

I just want the documentation to be clean so that it is easier for others.
