i have getting an issue when running that command, and it says ansible-playbook is not internal or external command

it seems your machine is windows and you have not installed ansible-playbook on your PATH.
so please confirm the ansible-playbook is correctly installed.
i think WSL is the easy way to install ansible-playbook on windows
