[REQ] Option to disable Automatically uploads demo on map end on the given URL feature

It would be interesting to have an option to disable this feature, so that if we want to use another plugin to do this job we can do it without any problems.

An example of a plugin with this feature would be K4-GOTV-Discord, using it we don't need to use the MatchZy option.
