Problemi con Android 7

Purtroppo continuo a riscontrare problemi con Carstream su Android 7.
L'applicazione viene visualizzata su AA ma una volta lanciata riporta la scritta "nessun nuovo messaggio durante la guida".
Il problema si è presentato da dicembre 2021.

Purtroppo AA continua a riportare "NESSUN NUOVO MESSAGGIO DURANTE LA GUIDA". Non riesco a capire a cosa sia dovuto.
