I sometimes create a new file by saving an existing file using 'Save As'. Given that 'Save As' creates a new file the @created date supplied by FileHeader, in the new file, should reflect the current date and time.
Otherwise you can get into a situation (which I am in) where a series of files, all but the first created with Save As, all have the same @created date and time.
