Add fee manually for shipping zones

Some carrier raise a fee for shipping in different countries.
This is not yet managed by the plugin.
We give the user a way to manually set such things
as it depends on the goods if they get a fee or not.

Wow, this is exactly what I need :-D
Been waiting for this addition for over a year now... was in close contact with Sven from Awesome.ug, but they never added this feature.

Now I read your post and my world brightens!
Would you please send me the patched PHPs, so I can try what you've already done?
I know some programming myself, but not enough to pull this mod off from scratch.
Its no problem though, to handle PHPs and so on.
