Permission for directories under /opt/shinesolutions need to be consistent #266

Currently there's a permission inconsistency across the directories under /opt/shinesolutions:

drwxrwxr-x  2 root root  196 Feb 21 16:46 aws-tools
drwxrwxr-x  2 root root   33 Feb 21 16:46 common-tools
drwxr-xr-x 12 root root 4096 Feb 25 11:31 aem-aws-stack-provisioner
drwxr-x---  2 root root   55 Mar  8 15:01 aem-aws-stack-builder
drwxrwxr-x  4 root root 4096 Mar  8 15:36 aem-tools

This needs to be made consistent, perhaps starting with 755 while we haven't had the chance to introduce shinesolutions group.
