Keyvault ACME-Bot setup with Azure private DNS policies in place.

Recently setup Azure policy to require private endpoint on all azure resources.
Trying to deploy Keyvault-ACMEbot and running into the following error:

I have tried adjusting permissions on the keyvault, Function App, App service plan and private endpoint but we still get the error.
Allowing public access from all networks works but not what we want to do given the direction we are heading.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
