.distinct(ProtocolPremium.protocol_id)

Does this need to be Protocol.protocol_id? As we can coverage for protocols that do not pay a premium (yet). This is of course an edge case scenario but at this tx we are covering hook officially, but we will add the premium later when they launch.

This causes the UI to not show hook as a covered protocol! Even though we technically do cover them now.
