Show "harvestable" on blocks without specific tool #4

Blocks that don't have a specific tool should just show "✅ harvestable" on all blocks and items for consistency. Related: #3

Maybe this could be an option in UI customization; it seems like several of the open issues are about things that should be optional and could be configurable if that support was added.
