TextSimilarity工程中使用ABCNN模型训练时报错缺少token_vec_300.bin，请问这个词向量是自己训练还是应用开源词向量？

开源的就行。在真正的项目中，为了提升效果，可以自己使用word2vec训练一版词向量。
