CLI Hot Wallet - IPFS interaction

• Use a hosted IPFS solution like pinata for read/write/pin needs
• Update script to point to the correct endpoint
• Ensure reading still works
• Ensure writing still works
• Leverage pinning as needed
• Leverage IPNS (secure) for rFOX metadata structure

Pinata does not support IPNS, but considering it will be the most straightforward solution for pinning content, we are going to move forward without IPNS support and weight the maintenence burden of monthly updates. We can always revisit and spend the extra time to set up if we deem the burden too great or error prone.
