Fedora release 30安装完后，点击shadowsocks-Qt5程序图标但是无法打开程序界面，程序管理器里也没有shadowsocks-Qt5

Fedora 31 and centos 8 execute Shadowsocks-Qt5-3.0.1-x86_64.AppImage shows

tried many methods can't fix

then tried this package is running ok: Shadowsocks-Qt5_botan2-x86_64.AppImage
but version v2.9 don't have chacha20-ietf-poly1305 encryption method

establish environment just install the package right?
the pyqt5 is not dependent refer to compiling wiki
still the same error.

By the way, I got new issue #833 when compile it. do you know what's mean? very thanks.
