Form component with react native

Hi, I wanted same as a form component but for react native. The logic of component should be the same since its also using controller from react-hook-form which is needed for react native. So now the styles need to be changed if using native stylesheet and the html tag to native components? And also a label component would be needed?

I was wondering if someone already tried that and has the solution or someone who know more about that and and how do that
